The projects selected are crypto wallet platform, the Portal Wallet, and blockchain-based photo sharing solution, Tocial. After a long discussion and analysis of dozens of applications from DApp developers, the team has picked out the two potential projects to initiate the operations of CKLabs.
The recent launch of the CKLabs incubator laid the foundation of the next phase of the Nervos system in which it aspires to expand its functionalities with DApps and Layer 2 solutions for the users. The project is the first initiative of Nervos, which has been designed to support and promote the powerful teams curating blockchain-centric projects for the users on the Nervos network. It works as a digital solution designed to aid the cosplayers in China to share photos, socialize, make friends, and earn for the work done by them. The platform is scheduled for a launch in August and is currently operating in closed beta offering services to over 20,000 users. With Nervos support, Tocial will enable its community to store their pictures in a secured on-chain storage network. They will be allowed to donate CKB tokens to other cosplayers with ease.
