The second edition of the closed-door, senior-level forum at the Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong, examined how the crypto economy is steadily converging with mainstream financial markets amid rapid technological change.
Amid a period in which crypto markets have faced significant drawdowns and global uncertainty has reached historic highs – reflected in measures such as the World Uncertainty Index published in collaboration with the International Monetary Fund – the tone at DAT Summit was notably constructive rather than cautious. Across panel discussions featuring 35 leading entrepreneurs, investors, and industry visionaries, a shared consensus emerged: the sector is not retreating, but refining. As digital asset markets mature, institutional participation is increasingly defined by disciplined valuation frameworks, stronger governance, and resilient operating models. The dialogue underscored that long-term capital will gravitate toward infrastructure, compliance standards, and scalable systems capable of supporting digital assets at true institutional scale.
