Popular startup accelerator, Cronos Labs, which focuses on Blockchain games, DeFi, and the development of Cronos ecosystem, has recently announced its leverage on AWS Activate, which is an Amazon Web Services program designed to help early-stage entrepreneurs and startups to progress in the cloud and support Web3 startups to grow and scale through Cronos Accelerator Program.
This partnership between Cronos Labs and AWS will support blockchain developers to build next-gen Web3 apps within Cronos and target verticals of GameFi, SocialFi, DeFi, and Infrastructure. Selected projects will undergo a 12-week acceleration program and get seed funding upfront worth USD 30,000 from Cronos. The participants will also get a chance to secure a maximum of USD 300K in subsequent seed funding from Cronos and partners and attend fireside chats with industry leaders, mentoring sessions, and bespoke masterclasses.
This partnership aims to speed up the integration and adoption of blockchain technology in the Web3 space and provide startups with easy access to AWS resources and Cronos expertise in blockchain development.
Startups enrolling in this program through AWS will be able to leverage the overall AWS services and infrastructure, including AWS office hours, mentorship, and cloud credits. Through this partnership, startup companies will reap several benefits from the flexibility, scalability, and security of cloud infrastructure provided by AWS. However, this will allow them to create and deploy applications efficiently and quickly. They will also get a chance to explore innovation from a variety of AI and machine learning services provided by AWS.
Commercial, technical, and funding support and guidance will be provided by Cronos to help startups create next-gen decentralized applications that will onboard thousands of potential users.
