Magic Eden has finally responded to Trump’s son’s question and put to rest the speculation around the ‘Trump wallet’s originality. Magic Eden has also claimed that the TRUMP Wallet uses official brand and IP.
Magic Eden Responds to Eric Trump’s Claims on Trump Wallet
After the launch of Trump Wallet started doing rounds on crypto Twitter, the crypto community was divided over whether the wallet was yet another crypto venture by President Trump and his family. Earlier, President Trump’s son clarified that the newly launched TRUMP wallet in the market has no affiliation with the Trump Organization.
Later, Magic Eden, too, responded that the application is indeed the official TRUMP Wallet, using Trump’s official branding and intellectual property. Magic Eden revealed that it has been supporting the TRUMP project’s NFT releases and is currently collaborating with the project to advance a larger-scale TRUMP Wallet development plan.

According to former Fox News journalist Eleanor Terrett’s X post, this was their response:
“Is this app officially affiliated with Trump? It is the official $TRUMP Wallet carrying the official Trump branding and IP. Magic Eden has historically worked with the $TRUMP project to support their prior NFT launches and are excited that we’re working on a much larger project now with $TRUMP Wallet.”
This clarification comes after both Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. denied any involvement. Eric Trump also warned the company to be “extremely careful using our name in a project that has not been approved and is unknown to anyone in our organization.”
Amid these starkly different views, the TRUMP Wallet project’s real origin remains unclear, and it is advisable for users to practice vigilance when dealing with the product.
The Trump family also grabbed headlines after news of the Truth Social Bitcoin ETF reportedly came to the surface. As per our reports, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) proposed a rule change to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to list and trade the Truth Social Bitcoin ETF.
The ETF proposal, submitted under NYSE Rule 8.201-E, is designed to offer direct exposure to the price movement of Bitcoin. Yorkville America Digital, LLC will manage this ETF, while Foris DAX Trust Company will serve as custodian.
While Donald Trump’s name was not mentioned in the official filing, Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas hints at the political influence on this ETF.
“No fee or ticker. I’m guessing we will see an S-1 soon with more info. Also notable: ‘Trump’ name not on the ETF or anywhere in docs really. Although everyone knows who owns Truth Social.”
