Bybit, a well-known cryptocurrency exchange, has integrated artificial intelligence (AI) into its platform and this integration is said to be enhancing both client-facing services and internal operation as highlighted by Bybit’s CEO Ben Zhou on social media platform X.

AI Integration To Enhance User Experience
With integration of AI, for clients there will be smarter tools and support. CryptoLens is a one of those tools that will offer a detailed insight into the crypto project which will include the fundamentals, community sentiment, social trends and tokenomics. This tool will also help the users to make informed decisions even for the tokens that have not been listed on the exchange.
TradeGPT is another tool that has integration of AI in it. This tool will leverage Bybit’s proprietary data, and with the AI agent it will deliver real-time technical analysis, price trends, and instant access to trading tools. With these features, the tool will act as a virtual mentor for both novice and experienced traders.
The exchange has also launched an AI-powered support agent. This integration will help handle common queries such as the KYC status, deposits, withdrawals, and order updates. However, human support will be made available for complex or emotionally sensitive issues, to make sure that a balanced approach is provided to the customers.
AI Integration for Bybit’s Internal Operations
For internal operations with AI integration, efficiency and automation will be enhanced. Bybit’s quality assurance team is currently using AI to automate and increase product testing. This helps the team to maintain platform stability as the new features are rolled out.
AI is also assisting in translating content into over 20 languages which is crucial for maintaining the exchange’s global reach and crypto-native tone across communications.
AiWiki is an internal AI-driven knowledge base, which streamlines onboarding and staff training by providing instant answers on company policies, benefits and procedures.
The AI is also said to be supporting the coordination of campaigns and product launches across various countries and platforms.
Moreover, for legal drafting AiLegal is being used, where legal drafts and templates are being generated through AI. This improves turnaround time and consistency is maintained. The exchange is also said to be using AI coding to explore AI-assisted coding to automate basic programming tasks, aiming for greater operational efficiency.
This integration of AI into the exchange indicates a broader trend that is being adopted in the crypto sector. As AI capabilities expand, these integrations are expected to bring in growth and innovation across the industry. With this adoption, the exchange is also said to be streamlining its own operations and is also encouraging use of these tools for its users.
